By acquiring a ticket, you ("Ticket Holder") consent to adhere to the terms and conditions of sale delineated herein, along with any other provisions specified periodically by Rare Bird Art Studio, LLC, operating as The Pollock Room ("The Pollock Room"). The Pollock Room Owner, their representatives, or staff shall not be held accountable for any fatality, personal injury, loss, or damage, irrespective of cause, while on the premises, location, or place associated with The Pollock Room ("Site"). They are also not liable for any grievances, claims, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to, the cancellation or postponement of The Pollock Room. Booking fees and handling charges are non-refundable. Any reimbursements are subject to the discretion of The Pollock Room management. Tickets are sold under the following conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk: You have voluntarily and expressly agreed to participate and/or engage in activities at The Pollock Room at your own risk. 

2. Personal Belongings: All personal items/belongings are kept at your own risk. The Pollock Room Owner, including employees or agents, shall not be held liable for any loss of personal items/belongings, whether within or outside the Site.

3. Safety Responsibility: The Pollock Room Owner and their representatives are not responsible for ensuring the safety and security of The Pollock Room. You are solely responsible for your safety, health, and well-being while participating in The Pollock Room activities.

4. Compliance: You agree to adhere to the instructions and rules specified by The Pollock Room Owner, employees, or agents. Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry to the Site.

5. Media Release: You grant Rare Bird Art Studio LLC (dba The Pollock Room) the irrevocable right to use photographs, audio recordings, and video recordings of yourself for various purposes without compensation.

6. Prohibited Items: You undertake not to bring any dangerous or hazardous objects into the Site. The Pollock Room Owner reserves the right to remove and confiscate such items and refuse entry.

7. Intoxication: Entry under the influence of drugs or alcohol is prohibited. The Pollock Room reserves the right to refuse entry and holds you solely liable for any associated damages or costs.

8. Website Terms: The website's terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Visitors must comply with specified usage terms.

9. Statutory Rights: These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

10. Group Size: The Pollock Room is designed for teams of 2-8 people. Price differences for fewer attendees will not be reimbursed.

11. Trademark Use: Use of trademarks and logos without permission is prohibited.

12. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by United States law.

13. Third-party Links: Hyperlinks to third-party websites are used at your own risk.

14. Arrival Time: Teams are advised to arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled event.

15. Promotional Communications: The Pollock Room may contact you with offers and promotions via email or phone.

16. Facility Care: You are responsible for the care of The Pollock Room facilities. Any damages incurred may result in compensation.

17. Zero Tolerance Policy: Bullying or harassment towards employees, patrons, or guests is not tolerated.

18. Age Requirement: Only individuals aged 18 and above can book appointments.

19. Booking Accuracy: It is your responsibility to verify booking details for accuracy.

20. Transfer of Booking: Bookings can be transferred with prior notice to The Pollock Room.

21. Event Transfer: Transferring or reselling events for commercial purposes is prohibited.

22. Booking Process: Bookings can be made online, via phone, email, or in person.

23. Credit Card Policy: A credit card is required to reserve appointments and may be charged for damages.

24. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations and rescheduling are allowed with prior notice and are subject to conditions.

25. Late Arrival Policy: Late arrivals may result in denial of entry without refund.
